Safe Space Wellbeing Workshops
"The greatest challenge of life is how to enjoy it" - Nathaniel Brandon
The idea of offering group support and well-being workshops has originated from benefiting greatly from my own personal and professional experience in a group setting; as a psychotherapist, artist and as a parent.
In a rapidly changing world that has given way to significant transitions on a collective and personal level, I became aware of a deep isolation and an increasing need for individuals to experience a deeper sense of connection to themselves, others and their environment.
What I aim to give in any workshop/group session is an experience that will enable individuals to respond to ourselves and others in a more constructive way, allowing us to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
The workshops are comprised of a sharing space (not compulsory), learning, practical exercises and an experience of guided visualisation/meditation. In the more creative sessions there is also a space to create your own pieces, experiment and play! Please see below for a list of workshops.
My hope is that out of our individual and collective chaos will emerge, in time, a more accepting, compassionate and enlightened state of consciousness.
